Our Circle App

Working with Our Circle, an app built to help people organise care and support, was such a pleasure to come on board for.

Much of my work centred on repositioning the business to speak directly to its ideal client: getting really clear on their messaging, their brand, and who they were actually trying to reach. From there, the job was making sure all of that was carried through seamlessly on the website because the client's end goal was to move into Facebook advertising, the site had to do the work of being clear and concise from the first click.

A key part of the brief was recognising that Our Circle serves two distinct audiences: the people downloading the app for their own care, and the friends and family joining as supporters. Rather than let those two experiences blur together, I built the website around that distinction, creating clearly segregated areas so each visitor lands exactly where they need to be.
